Mindfulness Yoga & Meditation
Mindfulness is about the cultivation of an open attitude to all the experiences in life, whether it’s positive or negative. Instead of denying part of our human experiences, mindfulness teaches us to accept our weaknesses and recognize our strengths. When we can be open to all ups and downs in life, true peace and happiness arise from within.
In this class, we will be using Yin Yang Yoga as a platform to cultivate the mindful attitude towards our body, as a stepping-stone to bring mindfulness into your everyday life. This class will be finished with a 20-min guided seated meditation to help you cultivate a centred and focus mind.
When mindfulness is complimented with steady and concentrated mind, a balance of compassion and wisdom can be attained.
This class welcomes practitioners of any level.
Prepare a yoga block or cushion to sit comfortably. A blanket is also nice to have nearby.
